SCREENING MANY CANDIDATES

This kind of search is preferable if you intend to have a wider range of applicants. The searching period for the classification of applicants is about two weeks’ time and it is the applicant himself who determines to get in contact with us.

Proceeding
In the case of search by job advertisement we draw up a detailed description of the position as well as a personal job specification. Search and selection of the new jobholder are carried out by a hidden or open employment ad and the use of existing contacts. After having classified the applications we get in contact with good candidates, interview them by telephone and invite the best ones to attend for a personal interview. Just as in the case of executive search, promising interviews are documented together with a detailed report on the applicant and a check of references. The whole correspondence is handled at our company. If required, we assist you with the final selection.
